Detecting air leakages in your project

Generally we complete our air leak testing once your project has been completed. It can be performed once carpets and furniture are in place however we advise that it is completed before this stage.

While we conduct our testing at the end of your project, we recommend contacting us during the design stage, allowing us to eradicate any potential problem areas. We will perform our testing and should there be any issues we can perform an audit to determine the main leakage areas.

Accredited Sound Insulation Testing

We provide a Sound Insulation Testing service, as required by Approved Document E (2003) of the Building Regulations, nationwide. We are proud to  have been at the forefront of the implementation of the ATTMA Sound Testing Scheme.

Sound insulation testing is now a very important part of the build process for

both new build and material change of use (conversions) to residential dwellings. With recent changes to the Building Regulations requirements - in particular the Pre-Completion Test routine detailed in the Approved Document E - resistance to the passage of sound is not straightforward and we offer specialist advice from conception to completion.

We have in depth knowledge of acoustic testing a variety of constructions and our knowledge base of these different constructions will help to identify any potential problem areas.
